RETURNS + EXCHANGES:
Small Seed works hard to provide quality for each product sold. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange.
Items must be returned with 30 days of purchase. If an item is returned that does not follow our return guidelines, such as, missing boxes, damaged, or used we reserve the right to not offer a full refund. Refunds can only be credited to your original form of payment.
Your account will be credited within 7-10 business days and, if you’ve ordered an exchange, your account will be charged for the difference of the new item. Shipping charges are not included in a refund. Each return processed will be charged a $5.95 restocking fee.
In the rare case that a product arrives damaged or defective, please send a picture of the damage to email@example.com and a replacement will be sent.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Below is what you can expect for delivery timelines.
MEDIA MAIL: Allow 2 business days for processing and 7–10 business days for journals to arrive.
PRIORITY MAIL: Allow 2 business days for processing and 2-3 business days for product to arrive.
*During holiday's and special promotions, please be aware that processing and delivery times may be delayed.
We cannot change an order once it is placed. We cannot alter the address, or content of your package. If you need to change your order, you will need to pay shipping to send the incorrect items back to us. We then can get the right items to you once we receive the original package.
Small Seed is not responsible for lost/undelivered packages. Once the products purchased leave our shipping facility (verified by tracking information) it is no longer our responsibility. If your package gets lost, we encourage you to file a claim through USPS.
