Teen Mindfulness Summer Camp

The Teen Mindfulness Summer Camp was created because we LOVE our teens believe mindfulness tools will empower them and help them navigate this challenging world. 

Taught by certified meditation and mindfulness instructors Kim Stoddard and Jennie Swenson, this course will help foster a calm heart, clear mind, and connected spirit.  

We will go through 6 principles of mindfulness:

  • Breath
  • Affirmations  & Mantras 
  • Visualization
  • Meditation
  • Gratitude
  • Non-Judgement & Self-Compassion

Each class will have journaling exercises, meditations, and challenges to go with it. Participants will have access to the Small Seed Still app while they are in the course and we will be sending an awesome SWAG to them during the course. 

Class size is limited so don't wait to register! This workshop is offered to teens ages 13-18. If we are sold out, please put your email in the "notify me" button, we will reach out to you if spots open up. 

Class starts on June 27th. You will receive the recording for our first class (the classes will all be emailed to you and also found in a personal DropBox folder you and your teen will have access to). I highly recommend your teen watch the recording on Monday so that they can practice and meditate throughout the week. 

The second week you will be able to schedule a group coaching call for your teen. During this call we will practice mindfulness principles, go over personal application, and anything else they need help with. You will be able to choose from 2-3 time slots, and the link to sign up will go out with the email you receive with the recorded class.
