Teen Mindfulness Workshop

The Teen Mindfulness Workshop was created because we LOVE our teens and can see that they need more mindfulness tools in their lives. 

Taught by certified meditation and mindfulness instructor Kim Stoddard, this course will help foster a calm heart, clear mind, and connected spirit.  

We will go through 6 principles of mindfulness:

  • Breath

  • Affirmations  & Mantras 

  • Visualization

  • Meditation

  • Gratitude

  • Non-Judgement & Self-Compassion

Each class will have journaling exercises, meditations, and challenges to go with it. Participants will have access to the Small Seed Still app while they are in the course and we will be sending an awesome SWAG box to them during the course. 

Class size is limited so don't wait to register! This workshop is offered to teens ages 13-18. If we are sold out, please put your email in the "notify me" button, we will reach out to you if spots open up. 

Class Schedule:

Our first class starts on January 10th. Each class will be held from 8:15-9:15 MST. 

January: 10 & 31

February:15 & 28th

March:14th & 28th

After signing up for the class you will receive a short assessment so that Kim can get to know your teen before class starts. 

We will also be asking for your address so we can send your teen the awesome SWAG box!
